[ Like Gods? Them being so human doesn't come off as weird to them but maybe that's because they were never familiar with the concept of angels in the first place. ]

Pretty much. I don't know that much about western theology, but angels are supposed to be these stoic figures that send messages and tell people to not be afraid of them. None of that seems conversational to me.

I guess technically the angels here did say they're more the messenger with their God but they definitely don't seem any bit scary. And are always telling us they'll help.

It's too bad good intentions doesn't directly translate into effectiveness.

But despite everything, I hope they take care of themselves too. I don't envy their position at all.
