[ Your justice-y... Siffrin shakes their head at that, a look of.. acceptance. They'll accept whatever comes. The least that they do after all of... that. They look down at their hands, and there are flickers of a nightscape as their hands are covered in blood.
A hitch of their breath, squeezing their eye closed. (I do deserve it. Ever the Universe's cosmic joke.) A small breath out. ]
It's alright. You were.. being thorough. [ As if they could blame him for that. ]
[ (Even if I wasn't, it was still by my hand, my knife.) And the feeling.. a particular emotion that thrives of it makes them feel sick. ]
... [ Their expression crumbles a little at that, trying to ignore the sting in their eye as they look away. Uruha. Uruha Uruha. Who fought back to stay alive, but still spared those words in the end. ] ..He deserves to still be here.
[ It's clear to see they do not believe they deserve such kindness any of them are sparing them. ]
It doesn't matter what we do or do not deserve. We are beyond that. Uruha has taken lives before. You have as well. Even Marcoh has beaten a man to death with his fists. We all had our reasons, for justice or for freedom or because our minds were taken by something we had little control over.
[ he also doesn't exactly think marcoh's crusade of vengeance will gain him anything here. he will just end up destroying someone important to him, destroying some important part of himself. if anyone would know, it's probably the vengeance demon. ]
You are left with a choice. You may give in to what this entity is telling you - that you are a monster who deserves nothing, and let it rot what is left of you. Or you may listen to the words left by those who know you, that despite the blood on your hands they will still care for you.
Justice is not-- cannot simply be death and despair. Or it will all be meaningless.

[ since thats what being possessed is kind of about and all. ]
I think the least we could do is show you grace now. It is what Uruha wanted, after all.
[ isnt that what the message had been about? ]
