[ well he's coming in closer to see, going ahead and just putting a hand on their back - instinct, as if he could cast something to soothe. even if he doesn't have healing magic right now, the gesture is still the same. ]
[ It's a small initial flinch at the contact, hand against their back, but they don't pull away and remain still. Almost as if they're expecting to feel the warmth and healing properties of Healing craft.
Nothing happens, of course. But it does comfort them a little, thinking of someone. They take a deep breath in.. and out. ]
