[ Siffrin has probably made use of Yves's wagon to bring some extra things, like a big sized tent if it ends up needed, a few more sleeping bags but one is so large sized that anyone here will literally drown in it don't worry about it. There's a few super cutesy Am*zon pillows and a few board games?
Oh and a couple of tiny chao-sized sleeping bags in case anyone else brought theirs along. Babies shall be comfy. ]
...I got so many things for camping that it felt like a waste not to reuse some of it.
[ Sheepish. Oh right, there's also a soft orb-looking bird perched on their shoulder that will softly go piou piou! in greeting. Hi hi. ]
[ The bird excitedly wiggles its tail feathers and piou piou's at Maomao. ]
Peep says hello. [ And a glance at the games.. ] Um. Mostly whatever the popular ones were listed on Am*zon. The only one I knew to look for is checkers but there's... C*nnect four, S*rry, G*ess Wh*... Tw*ster?
[ Sometimes you just pick a lot to be safe. Also all the board games are axolotl-themed. Sure. ]
[ That is the funniest image ever actually. Let the chaos and critters play Tw*ster. ]
It's pretty easy to get, to win your goal is to capture or block your opponent's pieces so that they can no longer make a move. Though important to note that whoever starts with the lightless checkers goes first before the darkless checkers. Oh and only the dark squares of the checkerboard are used, and a piece can only move forward into an unoccupied square. Though if it's blocked by an opponent's piece, and the square immediately beyond it is vacant, you can jump it and capture that piece.
The other ones, ah... That's a good question. I'm not too familiar with those. My world didn't really have these kinds of games. But I figured it could be fun to learn with people?

I've been working on expanding my game knowledge. How do you play checkers?

Simple enough, right?

That does sound simple and something that could be interesting to learn. What about the other ones?
